Directions

To Make an Appointment: Consultations are complimentary with any treatment or package. Likewise, if Dr. Pitera feels that you are not a candidate for a treatment offered at the Meso-Spa there will be no charge. If however you decide against being treated after the consultation, a $150 fee will be charged. We feel that this is reasonable as your consultation will last from 30-60 minutes. You will therefore need your credit card information available when you call to make your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: It is our goal to provide superior care in the most time effective environment. Because of this dedication to our patients, it is imperative that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance of any changes or cancellations in your scheduled appointment. You will be charged a cancellation fee of $150.00 if you fail to notify in a timely manner.

We cannot answer questions over the phone or e-mail concerning specific diagnosis as this requires doctors' evaluations.   We are conveniently located at 20 Park Avenue just off east 35th street in Midtown Manhattan. 

Directions:
Subway: The #6 train stops at the east 33rd street station on Park Avenue.
The F, D, N, R, V, Q, W trains stop at east 34th St. and Broadway.

New Jersey: The PATH train stops at 33rd street and Broadway.

Driving: Please ask for specific directions when confirming your appointment.

Out of town guests: We have had the opportunity of treating patients from
all parts of our country. We are now offering a Concierge service to help
with Airport transportation and local Hotel accommodations.
