Directions

To Make an Appointment: Consultations are complimentary with any treatment or package. Likewise, if Dr. Pitera feels that you are not a candidate for a treatment offered at the Meso-Spa there will be no charge. If however you decide against being treated after the consultation, a $150 fee will be charged. We feel that this is reasonable as your consultation will last from 30-60 minutes. You will therefore need your credit card information available when you call to make your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: It is our goal to provide superior care in the most time effective environment. Because of this dedication to our patients, it is imperative that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance of any changes or cancellations in your scheduled appointment. You will be charged a cancellation fee of $150.00 if you fail to notify in a timely manner.

We cannot answer questions over the phone or e-mail concerning specific diagnosis as this requires doctors' evaluations.  Our new location is 118 E. 57th Street, 3rd Fl., (Bet. Park and Lexington
Avenues).

Directions:
Subway: 4,5,6,N,R and W trains all stop at 59th Street/Lexington Avenue
Station. We are 2 short blocks from the station.

New Jersey: If using PATH train, from 33rd Street PATH station,
take N,R,W subway lines to 59th Street/Lexington Ave.. If using bus,
from Port Authority terminal, use crosstown to Grand Central, take
4,5,6 subway lines to 59th./Lex station.

From Conneticut: If taking train to Grand Central, take 4,5,6, to
59th/Lex station. If using bus, from Port Authority terminal, use
crosstown to Grand Central, take 4,5,6 subway lines to 59th./Lex
station.

From Long Island: If taking train to Penn Station, take A or 2,3, to
42nd, transfer to cross town to Grand Central, then transfer to 4,5,6,
to 59th/Lex.

Driving: If you are driving, please call us for the specific directions and for
parking lots nearby.
